"Booked for my first appointment under the name Emma H. For Jan 5, turns out they’re under construction and didn’t even notify me and let me book for the appointment knowing this! Wasted my time transiting here. You can tell the quality of the receptionist isn’t great or how they’re ran. The booking was made via call as well. They even sent me text messages to confirm the appointment time. So stupid. Waste of time. Don’t go here."
