"I had my braces done here from grade 6 - 8. When they were taking off my braces, I just wished they consulted with me beforehand on the permanent metal retainers. As a patient, I was unaware that I will be getting permanent metal retainers. I thought I only had to wear plastic retainers. I would have most likely agreed with the permanent metal retainers if you guys explained your reasoning prior to removing my braces.
