"I had issues with a tooth a year ago. Initially I liked Dr Douglas. However, when the issues with the tooth became severe I felt bullied into getting a root canal and dismissed my concerns with a root canal. He said because of the way my tooth was, he would not touch it. He sent me to an endodontist in Oakville, which they did not do a good job and a year later I still have problems with this tooth. Will not be going back."
