I am very happy with her service, Dr Collins explained the details of how this new kind of night guard different from the old thick night guard I have and how I can benefit from it. When the new night guards arrived, Dr Collins spent half an hour walking me through the steps on how to put it on and take it off comfortably. She also explained in details how to care for those night guards to ensure they will last. This shows how much she cares about"
