"I was looking forward to having my first appointment with this office, the receptionist on the phone while I booked the appointment was very friendly. She said she was going to fit me in for an early 8am appointment on my day off. When I arrived the office was locked and nobody was around. I waited until 9am and someone finally came and opened the clinic. She had no idea I had an appointment and when she went on the computer apparently it was changed without me knowing or ever receiving a phone "
