They then told me that my appointment was given away to the dentist sister as she had a wedding coming up. They also said that they had texted me about my appointment which I never got. "Staff were very rude, did not have a good Invisalign experience. In the process of having my Invisalign done my front tooth was chipped by one of the tools used to shave off the pieces that hold the Invisalign in. This affected the look of my teeth a lot. The reason why I got Invisalign was to straighten out my bottom teeth and it costed 4K more than what they initially told me it was going to cost.
