"One of my best decisions was getting a sleep apnea retainer about a year ago. After a month or two of trial and error with the band sizes, I found ones that fit perfectly. I will say you experience some jaw pain, but it is definitely worth it! My dizzy spells have gone away because I am getting much better sleep and have way more energy throughout the day!
