"I visited this clinic due to a loose dental bridge. They took X-rays, but their machine wasn’t functioning properly, which left my mouth sore for two days. All that was needed was to check if my bridge was cracked, yet they took a full-smile X-ray instead (which I’m not sure if it was necessary). When it came to discussing my treatment options, the dentist (Dr. Kaur) simply handed me a written note without any verbal explanation. I felt rushed out of the chair and directed straight to payment. "
