The procedure was explained to me and I went ahead and had it freezed and removed. The process was pretty much painless and I felt comfortable the whole time. "Called to clarify receipt of referral and receptionist Candice spoke sarcastically over me, advised no information was received and that there was nothing she could do. When informed referral was made over 2 weeks ago from emergency dept and was in need of review for oral fracture. She advised dr was on holidays and eventually offered an appt. She advised abruptly that I should have called sooner so that I could have been seen sooner as if I was my fault that they didn’t receive the referral."
