"I am writing this review on behalf of my daughter who’s been a client at Inova for 3 years. The booking of appointments is always messy. Email, text and call confirmation of my appointment time, but then I’m waiting over an hour sometimes to be seen. The hygienist is extremely rough during the cleaning and charges 4 units of scaling for a 10 minute cleaning. She is always talking so poorly to her staff.
