"I had an extremely negative experience at this dental clinic. During a crown procedure, the dentist cracked one of my molars due to negligence. This was not properly addressed, and as a result I developed repeated infections. Eventually, the damage was so severe that I lost the molar entirely. I seriously considered pursuing legal action, but the cost, time, and stress involved made it unrealistic.
