"My 92-year-old mother was seen for a first-time dental cleaning by Shannan in May 2015. Shannan's approach was very gentle and comforting, especially since my mother needed some cognitive orientation. Shannan maintained a steady stream of conversation that was just the kind of engagement that my mother enjoyed. There were no discomforts for my mother, and she left feeling very respected.
