I showed them the text conversation that confirmed today's appointment. The receptionist saw the messages and immediately blamed the mistake on another colleague instead of trying to fix the issue for me. "Had some discomfort with a previous filling done by another clinic in Toronto and my family dentist was away. Needed to get it checked out and found the clinic through google. Dr. Tang, Lexys and the reception staff were extremely helpful in answering my questions and concerns. High level of empathy, patience and bedside manners.
