"I called to inquire about the Canada Dental Plan, and unsurprisingly, the person who answered the phone asked, "Which plan?" as if she had no idea about the national plan that’s been widely publicized in the news. I was simply trying to ask a few basic questions about how the program works and what’s covered, but her tone was rude and condescending from the start. When I mentioned that the plan states I have 100% coverage, she abruptly snapped, "No, it’s only 80%, and you have to pay the differ"
