"I live away, my mom lives in Richmond and due to fear, has neglected her dentures. I emailed the clinic with a heads up that she needed a "let's fix this" approach, not a lecture. My mom was nervous ... Until she met Susan and the office staff. What a positive experience. My mom's fear is gone and soon her neglected dentures will be replaced with ones that fit.
