"Nice place, I love the TV’s. Reception and staff were pleasant. I was looking for advice, options and quotes for removing my remaining teeth and getting dentures. So I could ponder my options and finally make a decision. I think there was some miscommunication, or perhaps they thought they would just get started with me as a new patient.
