"Our experience at this orthodontist clinic was disappointing and ultimately left us questioning both the professionalism and ethics of their practice. About six months ago, I brought my eight-year-old son in for an initial checkup. We saw a female doctor who told us that no treatment was needed at the time and advised us to return in six months — which we did.
