"I had a root canal procedure done last November and it has had complications since that time. It is not Dr. Iwanowski's fault, these things happen as I have discovered. He has been nothing but courteous and helpful for both organizing another time to have the root canal re done, but also phoning to a pharmacy to send me a prescription while I was hours away on vacation when the infection flared back up. Professional, helpful, even having to do the surgery over again, (of course at no extra charg"

"Dr. Iwanowski made my root canal quick, painless, and comfortable. They even switched the radio to English for me which was an excellent distraction. Only thing that could be improved is better client communication when scheduling appointments as well as reminders, and also incorporating direct billing to insurance. Thank you Dr. Iwanowski and team!"

"Had a schedule at 11am. The lady beside me is also scheduled for 11am. At 1130, we were not called yet. I don't know whom are they going to call first, me or the other lady. The receptionist told me the doctor is still attending other client and wait once he is done. Why would they book us 2 person in one appointment and had to wait an half an hour or so. I understand they are busy, but dont book a client at the same time and wait an hour or so."
