"One of my best decisions was getting a sleep apnea retainer about a year ago. After a month or two of trial and error with the band sizes, I found ones that fit perfectly. I will say you experience some jaw pain, but it is definitely worth it! My dizzy spells have gone away because I am getting much better sleep and have way more energy throughout the day! Dr.Goldstein was excellent! We did the mould of my mouth multiple times because he wanted to be sure we got the perfect one so the retainer "
