"I have had 14 teeth worked on at this clinic so far, and each tooth was done excellently. Everyone, from the dentist, assistants and hygienists, to the receptionists here have been very professional and compassionate, and I appreciate their help. "Most of the time, my experience with Dr. Song’s clinic has been pleasant. However, today a rude receptionist answered the call with an impatient attitude. When you mispronounce someone’s name, the first thing you should do is apologize — that’s basic customer service. Instead, you gave yourself an excuse, saying you only saw the pinyin and not the Chinese characters on the screen.
