"My husband and I were the patients of Dr. Ken & Lany Donald for many years and we were happy with their services, however just recently my husband had two crowns replacement and he was ridiculously overcharged for this service! The initial invoice had a balance, which he was ready to pay on the last visit, however he unexpectedly was charged for almost a thousand more than it was advised in the invoice. Both doctors were notified about overcharges and declined to reimburse the difference claimin"
