"Been going here for years after coming from an office in Oakridge in Vancouver. Dr Varda and all his staff from the hygienists to the receptionists are all super professional. Even though dental office visits aren't super fun, everyone's good attitude makes it more pleasant. I love that you just go in to get your stuff done without trying to be sold on another procedure or whitening etc."

"Edit to add response: of course the clinic is going to come back with made up excuses as they did in the first place. Why would I refuse treatment in my second trimester? Late cancellation? Sure, just charge me late cancellation fee. Showed up late? I lived in the same building as the clinic and literally took me 1 min to get down there using the elevator. My google reviews profile is publicly accessible to those reading the review and everyone can see I have written over a 50 five star reviews "
