"Ive been coming here and loyal to this office for almost two decades which clearly means nothing. Im not sure the receptionist names Nazreen, Nardine or something, shes called multiple times to confirm an appointment that was more than a week away. Her reason being, its the end of the year and everyone wants to use their benefits/see the dentist.
