"This is a dishonest dentist. They give me unnecessary tests and charge exorbitant fees. I complained to BCCOHP, the dentist did not admit it at first. After the complaint procedure, the dental was asked to refund the fee by complaint officer. After they promised to refund the fee, I urged them many times, but I did not receive a full refund for more than 9 months. If you have other options, trust the BC Dental Association survey and do not choose this dental, they’re disgusting and liar!"

"Very unprofessional and rude. No respect for your time. Filipino time. Always late. Humiliated my kids and showed a fist to my son. Never going back to this horrible dental clinic. One of her dentists even gave a wrong prescription to my daughter. Ruined my kids' dental experience. They treated my kids like guinea pigs. Never ever going back. I asked for my children's X-rays because we decided to get a better dentist but never sent the X-rays. If I can give negative stars, I would!!"
