"I have deactivated my account after 7 years of loyalty due to today's unprofessional conduct. I received a text asking me to reply "C" to confirm an appointment. I did not reply, intending to cancel. I was then updated that I will be charged a \$50 short notice cancellation fee. Your confirmation system is unprofessional and misleading. Failure to reply "C" should not incur a cancellation fee. Your policy must be stated clearly in the text. My attempt to explain this confusion was rejected by yo"
