"Unfortunately, there’s no option for zero or negative stars. My visit to this Richmond dental clinic was terrible. I felt completely disrespected and not cared for as a patient. The treatment by the lead doctor felt rough and lacked compassion or concern for my comfort. I left feeling deeply hurt and disappointed.
