"The receptionist booked an appointment for me for today Jan 3 and I showed up and the receptionist said there’s no appointment booked for me. I showed them the text conversation that confirmed today's appointment. The receptionist saw the messages and immediately blamed the mistake on another colleague instead of trying to fix the issue for me. She said there was nothing she could do and simply told me to reschedule. No effort was made to accommodate me or take responsibility for the error. W"

"Had some discomfort with a previous filling done by another clinic in Toronto and my family dentist was away. Needed to get it checked out and found the clinic through google. Dr. Tang, Lexys and the reception staff were extremely helpful in answering my questions and concerns. High level of empathy, patience and bedside manners.
