"My mother in law booked an appointment 1 week in advance and because she has insurance through work they were sneaky in charging an emergency fee $100+! It was not an emergency at all. I don't have time to call in and complain because I know they will make excuses. Be sure to ask for the total before receptionist submits the claim and get a break down as well. For most this can affect their annual amount on yearly dental coverage."

"I understand every office has their policies. But 1. My tooth broke and when I went in for my appointment, the dentist was in surgery. I was told to wait (which I was told could be hours) or go home (as I was advised) and return. I took the day off work for this appointment and did not get paid. Further... 2. I was sick the day of my appointment and called the office at 9am to cancel at 230pm and was told not to book another appointment until I paid the $100 fee. I felt very rushed while being t"

"I've been coming to this clinic for many years and have always been very satisfied with their service. Dr Halal takes the time to discuss with his patients and explains everything about what needs to be done. He's a very good dentist. All hygienists do a great job too. As for Gurgit the receptionist, she is very sweet, polite and professional. I highly recommend Sparrow Dental clinic."

"I've had the worst experience of my life at this dental clinic. The doctor lacked knowledge and experience, making it a terrible place to get your teeth checked. They were unable to explain the X-ray results to me in a clear and concise manner. It seemed like the only thing they cared about was charging me an exorbitant price. To make matters worse, my wife contracted an infection after visiting them. We will never recommend this place to anyone."

"my usual orthodontist is dr. Halal and he’s been for the past 5 years. I had braces and treated cavities along those years. Very gentle when treating and the staff are very understanding and helpful. I highly recommend him to anyone wanting to treat any dental service. I’ve also treated some things from doctor Dabbour and he’s also amazing. Overall, awesome clinic and services!!"
