"I have been for cleanings and to see Dr Kwong for more than a year now at the Urban Dentist, and every visit the staff have been consistently kind, friendly, and as as gentle as possible, including when I’ve had some fillings done too. The last few cleanings I’ve had were with the hygienists Christina and Ronell. Both were nice, gentle, and continued to check in with me as they worked to make sure I was comfortable during the process. Front desk staff also friendly and warm. Really appreciate i"
