"I'm perplexed about some of the reviews for Tot2Teen. Our experience has always been amazing, caring and child focused. The staff was super patient with my kids - especially the one with ADHD. We actually drive across town to go to this specific office and have been for about 8 years."

"This dental office is a long way from where we live, but we make the trek out to see Dr. Justin because it is so worth it for my kids. Dr. Justin and the staff at Tot2Teen must be some sort of magicians because my toddler and preschool aged kids felt so settled and comfortable, and totally didn't mind having their mouths opened and worked on! The atmosphere is fun and friendly, and it is very clear that the staff prioritize children's comfort and safety."

"Avoid the headache of this dental office. My son needs two fillings and it appears I owe a small amount in the middle of paydays at the moment and they won't schedule him to potentially save his teeth. Appalling. My son has two dental coverages was last seen in September for a cleaning. It would be a different tune if he needed to be put to sleep and sent too anesthesia most likely. Find a cheaper dental office and save your money. They also go against what the parent wants for their children. I"

"The dental staff are great, but the front desk associate is rude, impatient, and condescending. Not only once, but each appointment. I watched her speak and treat another client differently than she spoke to me and treated me. So it isn’t her usual manner. I take my daughter to this location because the dental staff are exceptional with my daughter. If she has the same attitude towards me every time, that’s a problem. Be mindful that she treats clients differently and not everyone will be treate"
