I've gone through the Invisilign process with this Clinic and they've been great with communicating appointments, assessing the teeth and fit, and ensuring the process went as smooth as possible. "I’ve switched dentists more that I’d like but after coming to VitaCare two times, it’s safe to say that I don’t think I’ll switch anymore! I’m someone with big aversion of dentist. Someone who always cancel and reschedule appointments because I don’t have capacity to handle a dentist visit. During my visit, I felt rushed and didn't receive proper explanations about my treatments. The dental work I received was subpar; it didn't address my issues, and I ended up needing to see another dentist to fix problems that should have been handled correctly the first time. "My daughter received excellent care at Vitacare. Due to a sudden loss of a filling and time pressure to return out east, Dr. Wong very kindly squeezed her into his already very booked day last Saturday. He also took the time to talk to me. The receptionists were also very friendly."
