"I live away, my mom lives in Richmond and due to fear, has neglected her dentures. I emailed the clinic with a heads up that she needed a "let's fix this" approach, not a lecture. My mom was nervous ... Until she met Susan and the office staff. What a positive experience. My mom's fear is gone and soon her neglected dentures will be replaced with ones that fit. Could not be happier or more relieved at how positive the experience was for her. Where's the 6th star?"
