"I have seen Dr. Macdonald twice and my experience has been excellent both times. He is gentle when freezing and really makes sure you are confortable through the process. I highly recommend his services. The office is also beautiful, bright, and modern. There is free parking in the building."

"Customers should be aware that this office will ensure you are taken advantage of for procedures that should be covered under your benefits. This office booked an appointment and I was charged $262 out of pocket when my benefits would have covered this cost had they provided me with a pre authorization in advance! Shame on this office! I will never return! Clearly your greedy business practices outweigh robbing hard working individuals of their money that could have been reimbursed by insurance"

Dr MacDonald explained things well and has excellent technical skills for completing the procedure. I can say this with confidence as I’ve had several root canals under his care. He is efficient and calm."
